What to Expect
A healing session consists of an intake period where you will speak to Patrick about why you are there for healing. This portion takes up to 45 minutes and will allow him to ask some basic questions and inquire into your needs.
Ambient music created by Patrick will be selected specifically for the area(s) that he will be concentrating on. The session itself is between 45 to 60 minutes and begins face up with a body scan and chakra check-up. From there, he will begin to move your energy around to free up anything that might be stuck or slow-moving. Your healing has just begun. Once Patrick has cleared your front facing chakras, it’s time to move onto a face down position so that he can work on your back-side chakras – something a lot of practitioners forget.
When your energy healing is complete on the table, you will have time to talk about moving forward from your experience. This time for processing and release is approximately 30 minutes and is meant to smooth your transition from healing to integration.
